RABITT PLANET

RABITT is not actually a rabbit. It is an alien who happened to arrive on Earth looking that way. Before coming here, RABITT saw Earth through a telescope and became fascinated by how colourful everything looked. That curiosity was enough to make RABITT climb into a UFO and travel all the way here to experience it in person.

Earth is exciting to RABITT because almost everything is new. Food, games, art, travel, shops and everyday objects that humans barely notice can become an adventure when seen through the eyes of someone experiencing them for the first time. RABITT is curious, playful and sometimes a little shy, but curiosity usually wins. It tends to act first and understand later, which is why ordinary situations can quickly turn into funny mistakes and unexpected discoveries.

That way of looking at the world is what makes Rabitt Planet interesting to us. The story does not depend on complicated lore. It can begin with something as simple as a snack, a trip or an object RABITT has never seen before. RABITT might misunderstand it, collect it, imitate it, wear it or transform it into something much more colourful. The everyday becomes a starting point for play.

At the emotional centre of the world is friendship. RABITT carries a heart on its chest that fills with energy when it makes new Earth friends, hears people laugh or shares a joyful experience with someone. When the heart is fully charged, that energy becomes a sparkling aurora filled with stardust. It is not a weapon or a traditional superpower. It is simply a way of turning connection and happiness into something visible.

Behind the character world is Da Young’s hands-on making practice. Rabitt Planet began with physical toys and continues to grow through handmade sofubi, small goods, exhibitions and collaborations. As the world expands into new places and formats, that personal sense of making and discovery remains an important part of what gives RABITT its character.
